Should there be a change in business plans and you decide to de-register your company, we are able to apply to strike off the company with the Accounting and Corporate Regulatory Authority for you. The following criteria need to be met before ACRA will approve the strike off application and we will monitor the progress until the strike off is completed:

• the company has stopped business operations and no longer wishes to carry on operating
• there are no amounts owed to ACRA and IRAS and the company is not indebted to any government department
• there are no contingent or outstanding assets and liabilities
• there are no outstanding charges in the register of charges
• prepare the final financial statements up to the date of business cessation
• the shareholders have consented to the strike off
